All purchases from our site are regulated by the French legislation L121-20 of the “Code de la Consomation” in terms of on-line contracts with direct delivery at purchaser’s address.

Mes Loulous offers you the opportunity to return a product which does not satisfy you within 7 working days from product receipt without explanations or any penalty.

In any case the return policy is subject to the following conditions:

• You may return a complete product, thus you cannot return accessories or parts of the purchased item.
• Item must return without any damage, complete in all parts, include instructions booklet and packed in its original packaging. We strongly recommend you pack the packed item in a second box in order to prevent any damage to the original packaging during transportation;
• Transport expenses and risks during transportation are at your charge
• In case the item is damaged during transportation, Mes Loulous will notify you within 3 working days from item receipt in order to allow you to claim a refund from your appointed courier, if due; in such an event the return claim will be considered void and you can ask for the item to be returned to you.

Should Mes Loulous have sent you the wrong item by mistake, the courier expenses shall be charged to Mes Loulous or will refunded in full.

1. Goods are received.

When you receive the order, we suggest you check the following:

• The number of items correspond to the ones listed in the courier’s packing.
• Each item and item code on the goods match the ones listed in the invoice.
• The packaging presents no damage.

Any irregularities must be contested to the courier and notified in writing on the packing list and the items should not be accepted. Such irregularities must be promptly notified to Mes Loulous by e-mail or fax.

2. Item replacement.

An item shall be replaced only in the following cases:

• You have received a different item to the one ordered and therefore not present in your order
• The item does not work from the very beginning
• The item you have received is missing parts described in the product file.

For all the above occurrences, you must notify Mes Loulous immediately so we can arrange for return and substitution of the item. In this case all extra expenses will be at Mes Loulous charge.

3. Right to return items.

In the case you decide to return an unwanted item you had ordered you must notify Mes Loulous via fax or e-mail followed by registered letter with confirmation of receipt. The letter must contain all order relevant data (invoice number, order number, customer code) and must be sent to :

Once the returned items have been received and checked they meet the return policy requirements, Mes Loulous shall proceed with the refund via bank transfer within 2 weeks from item receipt. You are kindly requested to notify your bank details where you wish the refund to be transferred.
