How to order your items?

All prices are in Euros. The purchase contract you subscribe with Mes Loulous will be considered enforce once your order has been acknowledged by Mes Loulous. Such acknowledgment shall be considered implicit unless otherwise notified. By completing the purchase order form, you declare to accept the general sales conditions in full.

If you have carried out the order process correctly, a purchase order document shall be generated which will report a order reference number and all data you have supplied. For any further communication with Mes Loulous you are kindly requested to quote the order number clearly.
Please check the order you have generated and eventually promptly notify any corrections. Should Mes Loulous not accept your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

How to pay for your order?

Mes Loulous accepts the following forms of payment: by credit card and advance bank transfer.

• Should you choose Paypal, you will be addressed to the Paypal website where you can complete the payment operation.
• Should you choose to pay by advance bank transfer, your purchase shall be sent to you only upon credit of the amount due on our account. Such payment is due within 7 working days from purchase order. Your order shall be considered void beyond that date. Please state the following in your bank transfer: Full name of purchaser – Mes Loulous’ Customer order reference number – date of purchase order.
